Rickmansworth is southwest of Hertfordshire, it’s a small town and around 17 miles northwest of
Central London. Conveniently Rickmansworth is inside the perimeter of the M25 and junctions 17
and 18 are within the boundaries of Rickmansworth giving easy access to Heathrow Airport and the
national motorway network.
Rickmansworth is surrounded by the rolling countryside and woodland and has three rivers
intersecting the town making it a haven for those that are looking for rustic tranquillity but also with

fishing, walking and enjoying the 41 hectares of public park and nature reserve. Other defining

Rickmansworth high street is plentiful, it houses many well-known chain stores as well as
independent ones too, you will find Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Waitrose for grocery shopping, a
beauty salon, clothing and shoe stores too.
If your looking for food and drink in Rickmansworth there is plenty of choice, if you enjoy Italian food
then Itialian restaurants are avilibe for you, something a little more traditional, there are traditional 16th century pubs serving British food with real ales, continental lagers and wines.
A close by attraction to Rickmansworth is the Warner Bros Studios, it’s based in Leavesden and only
a 15-minute drive away so any Harry Potter fans living or visiting the town will be thrilled no doubt!
St Marys church has stood in Rickmansworth since the early parts of the 13th century and is shared
by the Church of England and Methodist Church, worship is open to all Christians and anyone who
would like to be.
